Our Services

Here at Lotus Mobile Bar, we can cater for a wide range of events, including:

Weddings & Receptions: Welcome drinks, evening drinks, and everything in between.
Private Parties: Birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, christenings, Christmas parties, and garden parties.
Corporate Events: Work parties, Christmas celebrations, lunch events, and team gatherings.
Public Events: Food & drink markets, Christmas markets, summer fêtes, festivals, and country fairs.

We’ve tried to cover all types of events, but if you don’t see your event listed, please get in touch — we’re happy to discuss your unique requirements.

Hire Charges

Booking Fee: £250 (non-refundable) — this will be deducted from your bar hire or package price.

Additional Hours: £60 per extra hour.

Additional Staff: £75 per extra member of staff for events with over 100 guests.

Mobile Bar Hire Options

We offer flexible mobile bar hire to suit any celebration.

All options include a booking fee to secure your event date. From there, you can choose a Cash Bar or Prepaid Drinks Package, depending on what works best for your guests and your event.

The Cash Bar

With a Cash Bar, you as the host cover the mobile bar hire, and your guests pay for their drinks as they go.

Here’s how it works:

  • Staff & Service: 2 professional bar staff for 4 hours

  • Glassware: Disposable glasses included (washable glasses available at extra cost)

  • Drinks: You choose which alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to stock; guests purchase drinks throughout the event

  • Duration & Date: You select your preferred date and event length (we recommend a minimum of 4 hours)

  • Planning: We’ll need the number of attendees to stock the bar appropriately

Prepaid Drinks Packages – The Drinks Are on You

With our Prepaid Drinks Packages, you cover the drinks upfront so your guests can enjoy without paying individually.

How it works:

  • Staff & Standard Service: 2 professional bar staff for 5 hours (extra staff and hours available at an additional rate)

  • Glassware: Disposable glasses included (washable glasses available at extra cost)

  • Drinks: Choose from our alcoholic and non-alcoholic packages, tailored to your guest numbers and event requirements

  • Flexibility: Once your prepaid drinks are finished, you can top up with additional packages or switch to a Cash Bar (subject to availability)

  • Booking: You pay for drinks upfront, and we take care of the rest
