Although we serve non alcoholic beverages, we reserve the right to check proof of age with photographic I.D. Anyone who looks or could be under 21 years of age will be challenged.

With Private hire, we are not responsible for any incidents that occur outside of our business property and control, any criminal destruction by any other persons to our property whilst on private land, will be chargeable and we can involve the police. We hold the right to not serve people who are aggressive or pose any kind of threat to our persons or to our business. If this does ever occur we can leave the premises and no refund will be given, if we deem inappropriate behaviour has been made. We want our clients to enjoy their experience and will provide a great service within our control.

When booking with Lotus Mobile Bar, it will be agreed that we are the sole provider of all beverages at your private event, unless agreed in writing beforehand. Any agreed drinks provided by the hosts must be limited and stored away after any meal or designated time agreed.

• We accept card & cash payments on site (subject to phone coverage).

• All of our bookings will contain a booking fee with a non refundable deposit.

• All of our bookings will incur a charge for the hire of the mobile bar.

• Any booking with less then 50 attendees will be subject to a minimum spend.

Our booking fees will be set at an amount of £150 which will contain a non refundable deposit of £150 unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

The charge for the hire of the mobile bar, is for our bar service only. All drinks will be chargeable at an extra cost to the client. Please email us for more details at: info@lotusmobilebar.co.uk .We will supply staff and disposable glasses. If you require traditional washable glasses this will be at an extra cost to the client.

Once the booking fee has been paid and showing as cleared funds, your events date will then be secured.

 

All outstanding balances are to be paid in full with cleared funds 14 days prior to your event.

If for any reason you can not go ahead with your event, you must give Lotus Mobile Bar 5 working days to cancel your event, this must be done in writing in form of an email via info@lotusmobilebar.co.uk , (eg inform us on Monday to cancel the event booked on Friday of the same week). Deposits are non refundable so please check your circumstances before booking. In some case we may be able to reschedule your event subject to availability.

Any changes in attendees either increase or decrease, must be notified to us 14 days prior to the event and must be done in writing via email at info@lotusmobilebar.co.uk .

Any booking with less the 50 attendees will incur a minimum order which will be discussed prior to any bookings made and put in writing, which will include the hire charge for the mobile bar. All drinks will be chargeable at an extra cost to the client.

By signing the booking form, you agree that you have understood, read and accept the terms and conditions.

Prepaid drinks packages are based on approx glass servings per package.

​

Access to the mobile bar (Trailer) is strictly prohibited to any persons other then our staff.

​

We require sufficient access to the premises, before and after the event, with suitable parking arrangements close to the mobile bar (Trailer) for the purpose of restocking the bar during the event. This will also be required for the set up and close down of the mobile bar (Trailer).

​

We will operate on a generator unless the client provides a 13 amp, 240 volt power supply within reach of the mobile bar (Trailer).

​

While every effort has been put in place to ensure any dangers are kept to a minimum, we will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained from the misuse of the mobile bar (Trailer) or generator if being used.

Lotus Mobile Bar does not accept any liability for any failure to provide our services due to act of god, i.e extreme circumstances beyond our control (including, flooding, fire, severe traffic congestion, car accidents/breakdowns or any foul weather conditions that makes it unsafe or impossible to operate the mobile bar (Trailer), government lockdown) A full refund of the booking fee will be given in such event or the choice to rearrange subject to date availability.
