Age Verification

Although we serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, we reserve the right to check proof of age with photographic ID. Anyone who looks or could be under 25 years of age will be challenged.

Private Hire & Behavior

• We are not responsible for incidents occurring outside of our control or property.

• Any criminal damage caused by others to our equipment on private land will be chargeable, and we may involve the police.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or leave the premises if anyone is aggressive or poses a threat. No refund will be given in such cases.

• Our goal is to provide an enjoyable experience within our control, delivering a professional and safe service.                           Exclusive Bar Provider

• By booking with Lotus Mobile Bar, we will be the sole provider of beverages at your private event, unless agreed in writing beforehand.

• Any host-provided drinks must be limited and stored away after meals or at agreed times.

Payment & Booking

• Booking Fee: £250 (non-refundable, deducted from bar hire or package price unless agreed otherwise).

• Hire Charges: Cash Bar hire is separate; drinks are chargeable at an extra cost.

• Payment: Card & cash accepted on site (subject to Wi-Fi coverage).

• Staff: Standard service includes 2 staff for the duration of your event. Extra staff available for large events (£75 per additional member, 100+ guests).

• Glassware: Disposable glasses included; washable glasses available at extra cost.

• Once the booking fee is cleared, your event date is secured.

• Outstanding balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event.

Cancellations & Changes

• To cancel, notify us in writing via email at info@lotusmobilebar.co.uk at least 5 working days before your event.

• Deposits are non-refundable; check your circumstances before booking.

• Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.

• Any changes to guest numbers must be notified 14 days prior in writing.

• Bookings with fewer than 50 guests may be subject to a minimum spend, which will be confirmed in writing.

Prepaid Drinks Packages

• Packages are based on guest numbers.

• Once packages run out, you may top up or switch to a Cash Bar (subject to availability).

Access & Setup

• Access to the mobile bar (trailer) is strictly prohibited to anyone other than our staff.

• We require sufficient access, parking, and space for setup, restocking, and breakdown.

• Power is via generator unless a 13 amp, 240V supply is provided within reach.

• We are not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of the bar or generator.

Liability

• We do not accept liability for failure to provide services due to extreme circumstances beyond our control (flooding, fire, severe traffic, vehicle breakdowns, foul weather, government restrictions, etc.).

• In such events, the booking fee will be refunded in full or the event may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Agreement

• By signing the booking form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
